Denver weather has recently been marked by snow and wind, causing challenging driving conditions across the city. A strong winter blast has slammed Colorado, leading to treacherous conditions and multiple weather alerts. Metro Denver was significantly affected on Monday morning, as a storm dropped around half an inch of snow in parts and hit even harder to the south.

As snow moved into the region, the National Weather Service issued a Pinpoint Weather Alert for the day, stressing the potential for accumulating snowfall due to cold temperatures.

Moreover, particularly south of the Palmer Divide, drivers had to prepare for a snowy Monday morning commute. However, with drier air moving in from the north, the snow started tapering off throughout the morning hours and was expected to wrap up by Monday afternoon, providing some respite from the winter frenzy.
